Human Resources & Innovative Organisations

I obtained my Masters Degree in Human Resources and Innovative Organisations in 2015. I chose this Masters because it offered a varied curriculum which mixed theoretical work with professional training and courses with links to innovative organisations.

This masters prepared me for the constant developments in terms of technological evolution, economic and strategic change which greatly impact the activities of companies and organisations in relation to HR and in general.

Also, this course allow me to have one foot in the world of work as courses were delivered by professionals  (such as Human Resource Directors and CEOs) and there was a focus on the practical implementation of HR issues.

Finally, the "innovative" aspect of the course meant that I was able to develop a partnership with an engineering school whereby I provided HR support for 4 students.
