Go abroad & discover new experiences; this is what i wanted to do after my studies. It was my choice, so i decided to do a gap year :).

 

Why ? Because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, improve my english, discover a new culture, get involved in an exciting project and learn under new management.

 

How ? I undertook a European Voluntary Service programme.

 

Where ? In Nottingham, at Go Digit All, a Social Enterprise which helps young people find employment and supports the community via several projects.

 

For how long ? From April - December 2016, I worked 8 months, 30 hours per week.

 

My role? I had many different tasks: I worked as a Human Resources Assistant, I supported community projects, and worked with children, women and young people.
