Entrepreneurial Programme
In parallel to my Bachelor Degree in Science of Economy & Managment, I participated in a programme called "Les Entrepreneuriales 2012" as a Team Leader of 3 people. We spent 5 months working on a project to develop a fictional company. We garnered the advice of professionals and used field experience to create our business plan and sell ou project in front of a jury. For our project, we created a clothing line for people with dwarfism and developed a brand named EKALITY (E for E-commerce, kality for the quality and Ekality for the Equality).
Technical Skills: recruitment of the mutlidisciplinary team members / undertaking a market study / searching for suppliers / creating a Business Plan / convincing a jury
Organisational Skills: managing a team of 3 people / being proactive / developing a project / keeping to deadlines / promoting a product / delegating tasks / taking thoughtful decisions / organisation and follow-up the project / reviewing provisionnal planning and assessing targets
Relational Skills: diplomacy and being attentive to the team / involving the team members / adjusting my language according to the audience (lawyer, team member, banker, supplier ...)
Adaptation Skills: going out my comfort zone / learning by doing / managing the stress and dealing with the unexpected / adapting and changing the idea according to the evolution of the project
